RUNAWAY FILMS
Was co-founded in 1993 by Scott Birmingham and Ron Walker. Their
films have aired on cable television in the San Francisco Bay
Area via community access channels, and have also gone on to
receive various awards in a number of film festivals including
Best of Festival for "The Shelter" and "Mental
Junket".

Memoriam
Ron Walker, One of the founders of Runaway Films passed away
on Monday, May 7, 2007. He had suffered major brain damage from
the result of several heart attacks.
“He will truly be missed. He was my best friend
and collaborator for over 25 years and words alone can not capture
how sad I am that he is gone.”
