This film can be summed up in one word……”WASTE”
A waste of time, a waste of money, a waste of good actor talent and a waste of the one and a half hours of my life I will never get back again!
Harsh, you say? Well, that’s what I felt like while watching this movie! I couldn’t wait for it to be over!
"Legion", in itself was, what I thought before seeing it, a scary apocolyptic movie about the end of times where God brings down his wrath on the earth. The parts that were suppose to be scary made me laugh, the dramatic parts made me yawn and the special effects looked like a seven year old did them on a home PC.
To add to the injury, this film has some good actors in it. Good in other movies but “B” rated, at best, on the acting through out the whole film! "Legion", to add injury to insult, makes God out to be a fickle, changing his mind God. The basic story is that God, is tired of humans so he tells Michael the arc angel to destroy a baby. A baby that has no significant reason to be special and we never really find out why THIS baby is chosen to be so special!
I would write more but re-hashing this film is giving me a headache. So….. If you have money to burn, then do that! Just burn it! You will get far more enjoyment literally burning money than watching this film! BTW……………. Tons of “F” bombs and a lot graphic killing scenes, so leave the kids at home! Definitely NOT for kids! (Or anyone for that matter!) Did I mention that I hated this movie???
